Lettings Process
1
Offer Stage
After viewing the property and deciding you want to make an offer, please fill out the offer form (word document below).
We will request 1 weeks holding deposit to submit your offer to the Landlord for approval.
Please make sure you fill out all of the required boxes (paying particular attention to any of the maintenance requests you may have) so the Landlord knows exactly what you're offering.

Offer Accepted Stage
If your offer is accepted by the Landlord we will then send you confirmation, request passport copies and start referencing.

Should the Landlord not accept your offer your 1 weeks holding deposit will be refunded.

Referencing
You will begin referencing using our third party referencing Company.

Referencing will involve
- Credit Check
- Employer & Income Check
- Landlord's Reference

Tenancy Agreement
Once referencing is completed you will receive the tenancy agreement and be required to pay the final balance 3 days before the move in date.

Collection of Keys
We'll arrange a time for collection of keys.

Documents
After moving in you will receive all the relevant documents within 7 days.
